This website is operated by Quantumadorn ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and wellbeing disclaimer

Quantumadorn High-Frequency Essence Blends and pendants are intended to support general wellbeing, mindfulness and personal energetic practices. They are not medicines or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Experiences are personal and individual responses may vary.

The essence blends are not for consumption. Keep out of reach of young children.

3. Product information

We take care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and as pendants are finished by hand, small variations may occur.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the total price payable for the goods, including GST where applicable. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is processed securely at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Orders and availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will let you know and offer a refund or an alternative. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
