Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $11.00 per order.

All prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Every High-Frequency Essence Blend is individually prepared. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to regional and remote areas may take longer. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is damaged in transit or has not arrived within the expected time, please email us at hello@quantumadorn.com.au with your order number and we will help resolve it. See our Refund Policy for more information.
